Returns & exchanges

Every MX.GUARDS set is prepared and painted to order, so we can only accept returns for items that arrive broken or damaged. We don't accept returns for change of mind or colour choice.

Frame guards

Frame guards can be returned if they arrive snapped, bent, cracked, or with obviously damaged paint.

Other products

Lighting, seat covers and other accessories can be returned if they arrive broken or damaged.

How to request a return

Email admin@shopmxguards.com or contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
