Shipping policy

Shipping

Processing times

Frame guards are prepared and painted to order and take around a week and a half before they're dispatched. Other items are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of purchase, unless they require customisation.

Australia

• Standard (3-5 business days after dispatch): $30 AUD, free on orders of $500 AUD or more
• Express (1-2 business days after dispatch): $45 AUD

International

Standard international shipping is a $140 AUD flat rate to every country we ship to.

Shipping is charged once per order, not per item. Delivery times are estimates and your available options are shown at checkout.

Duties & import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country, customs may charge them on delivery, and these are the customer's responsibility.
