These terms apply to purchases from MX.GUARDS at shopmxguards.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & finishes

Frame guards are painted to order. Because each set is finished by hand, small variations in colour and finish compared with product photos and other sets are normal and are not considered a defect. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

Fitment

Please check the fitment information on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure whether a product suits your bike, contact us before you buy.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Installation & use

Products are intended to be installed correctly using your bike's existing mounting points. MX.GUARDS isn't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification or misuse.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
